1 lb. (or 2 cups) Plain Coconut Butter
1/2 cup Raw Cacao Powder (cocoa powder also works)
1 teaspoon Honey
7 drops SweetLeaf clear liquid stevia (or substitute more honey to taste)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Equipment You’ll Need:
Silicone chocolate molds
Melt the coconut butter in a saucepan, you can use a double boiler or just on the burner on low heat while stirring constantly. Microwaves also work though I tend to not reccomend them.
Add the cacao powder, honey, stevia and vanilla. Mix all ingredients well.
Taste the coconut butter. If you are happy with the texture and sweetness, spoon it into your molds.
Put molds into the freezer for thirty minutes or so to allow coconut butter to harden. After it’s completely solidified, pop out finished bites and store in a container in your freezer. Enjoy!
